Delete your Colorloom account

1. Open Colorloom (the app, or this website) and sign in.
2. Open the menu (the three dots at the top right).
3. Tap Delete my account, read what it says, and confirm.

It takes effect straight away. You do not need to email anyone. If any step fails, the app tells you and we finish it by email.

1. Email support@practicalbyteapps.com from the address your account uses.
2. Say that you want your Colorloom account deleted.
3. You will get a reply confirming it is done, normally within a few days and in any case within 30 days.

Email us to delete your account

You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one. If you cannot write from the address on the account, send it anyway and say which address the account uses. We will email that address to confirm before deleting anything.

• Your email address, your sign-in and your account ID
• Your list of unlocked packs and pages
• Anything saved to the account, including favourites and stars
• Your free-page and usage counters, referral links, your surprise-pack picks, and any notification subscription

Colouring you have done stays on your own device and is not part of the account, so deleting the account does not remove it. Clearing the app's data, or uninstalling it, removes that.

Records of purchases. A business has to keep records of what it sold, so the date and amount of each purchase are kept for as long as tax law requires sale records to be kept, and then deleted. They contain no name or email address. They are kept for that reason, and because they are what lets a Google Play or App Store purchase be restored after you delete your account. Also kept: an empty account record with no email, which links those sale records.

Feedback you sent. Feedback is stored with a short code instead of your name, email or account. Once your account is deleted, that code can no longer be matched to you. If you typed personal details into a message, or want a message removed, email us and say roughly when you sent it.

Purchases made without an account are tied to a random ID for that install. Email us with the order number if you want that record removed, but note that it is kept for tax as above.

• Bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store: still yours. After deleting, open the app and tap Restore purchases; the store confirms the purchase and the packs come back.
• Bought on our website: tied to your account, so it cannot be restored once the account is deleted. If you want to keep those packs, do not delete the account.
