Refund Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying a pack and we will refund it in full. You do not have to say why.
How to request one
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used to sign in, and say which pack you want refunded. That is the whole process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within one business day of the request. Your bank then takes its own time to post it — usually 5–10 business days, which is outside our control.
After the 14 days
Write to us anyway. If something is broken, or a pack did not work the way the store said it would, we will make it right whenever you tell us. The 14-day line is a promise we always keep, not a wall we hide behind.
What a refund does
Refunding a pack removes it from your account, and its pages stop opening. Any coloring you already did is stored in your own browser and is not deleted by a refund, but you will not be able to open those pages again unless you buy the pack back.
The three-for-two bundle refunds as one thing
When you buy three packs and pay for two, that is a single purchase, and it comes back the same way: refunding any part of it refunds all of it, and all three packs leave your account together. We cannot refund one pack out of a bundle and leave the other two, because one of those two was free — you would be keeping a pack nobody paid for.
Packs bought on their own are separate purchases and can be refunded separately. Buy four packs one at a time with no deal applied and you can refund any one of them and keep the rest.
Sales tax
Tax collected at checkout is refunded along with the purchase price. A refund always returns the full amount that was charged to your card.
Before you buy
The free pack is there so nobody has to buy blind. It uses the same pages, the same coloring tools and the same finishes as the paid packs. If the free pages work on your device, the paid ones will too.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refund; an email takes a day and costs nothing. We have never refused a refund inside the window.
